2. Products

All our faucets are manufactured from solid CW617N lead-free brass. Each piece is hand-finished and may exhibit slight variations in color and patina — this is a natural characteristic of solid brass and not a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual product may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Sales prices and promotional discounts are valid for the duration stated on the site. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Prices shown during promotional periods reflect the discounted price. Original prices are calculated based on our standard pricing and may not represent previous selling prices.

4. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Warranty

All our faucets are covered by a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers structural integrity, ceramic cartridges, and mechanical failures under normal use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural patina development on unlacquered brass, damage from improper installation, or damage from corrosive chemicals.

7. Limitation of Liability

Faucetbrass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
