Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We currently ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in new condition.

Exchanges are accepted for the same product or a different finish.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping label is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by postal mail to our returns center. You will receive the return address after contacting our support team.

Warranty Claims

All our faucets carry a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from returns — if your product has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us directly and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
